A better system needs to be implemented for customers placing orders ahead of time. The register line appeared to move much faster, which adds to the frustration. Given the “pocket window” setup, it would make sense to clearly display orders that are ready for pickup so customers can simply grab and go. This would significantly improve flow and reduce wait times. AND AFTER ALL THIS WAIT TIME MY ORDER WAS WRONG I ARRIVED TO THE OFFICE AND NOW I CANNOT EAT BECAUSE I AM OUT OF LUNCH TIME….. IM SO Upset!
