- MGMonika GolakotiMay 11, 20261.0Firstly, they double charged me. And when I went back, they returned a dollar less. The person serving (who apparently is the one in charge) looked really annoyed as I (very politely) asked them to change their gloves, as I was allergic to dairy, and he was completely disregarding as I kept saying - I can’t eat cheese, he kept cross-contaminating with the spoons! Then I came home to find white hair in the bowl, and I have black hair. I kept thanking them throughout as I felt like an inconvenience, but this experience as a whole, felt like I never want to go back to chipotle itself, and also the chicken is undercooked! If you can’t handle people, please do not open a restaurant, specially a chain. I hope Chipotle before giving out franchises actually does background check on hospitality and allergy infos.
