The lunch line usually stretches farther than you’d like, but somehow it moves surprisingly fast. The employees deserve a raise just for keeping up with people who change their entire order halfway through the line while everyone behind them silently reevaluates their life choices. The food is exactly what you want from Chipotle. Fresh, consistent, and generous enough that you’ll probably have leftovers if you don’t arrive completely starving. It is also one of the few places in SoHo where you can eat a filling meal without wondering if you accidentally financed someone’s rent. If you’re visiting the neighborhood or escaping the office for lunch, this location gets the job done. Come with your order ready, trust the process, and remember that guac may cost extra, but so does happiness.
