I ordered a kids meal soft taco online and when I went to pick it up, I opened my order to no cheese, and no chicken for my sides. They gave me one soft taco instead of the usual two, and told me they can’t give me more chicken because it’s already in the taco. Very disappointed.

Ever since they replaced the previous staff about three or four weeks ago, I haven’t wanted to go back. It honestly feels like they don’t have enough budget to buy ingredients. I used to go there every other day, and I knew the old staff very well—they were always kind and the portions matched the price.
Since they left, the service I’ve received has been terrible. I felt so uncomfortable. I paid for a bowl that was basically covered in cheese just to hide the fact that they barely gave me any rice. I don’t know if this restaurant isn’t given enough budget or if they’re just being extremely cheap. Honestly, it was such a disappointment that I don’t even eat at Chipotle anymore.
Instead of fixing the mistake, they just made excuses, saying that was all they could serve, and they didn’t even do it properly. I’ve worked in restaurants before, so I understand there are portion limits, but they literally served me so little rice that it didn’t even cover the bottom of the bowl. Then they covered half the bowl with cheese to make it look fuller.
I was doing a TikTok Live with around 700 viewers, and I showed them my bowl. A lot of people commented that Chipotle has really gone downhill lately. It used to be the only restaurant I went to, and now I don’t even go anymore.
There’s also a new Black female employee who was honestly very rude. She was the one making excuses instead of acknowledging that I had a valid point because anyone could clearly see how little food was in the bowl. There was also a tall White guy with a short beard working there, and he didn’t say anything either.
It really makes me sad that they replaced the previous staff. Customers work hard for their money—we’re not paying to receive tiny portions and poor service. I hope they stop being so stingy and start serving the proper portions that customers are paying for, because we shouldn’t have to pay for bad service
I'm someone who often goes to Chipotle after work at night. I spend that little bit of time I have left eating there before they close. But since the new staff arrived, I just feel uncomfortable. There was half an hour left before closing time, and the previous staff never rushed me or forced me to eat faster, considering I always left before closing. However, the new staff banged on my table, telling me I had to eat quickly so I could leave. They also cleaned the table next to me, making me feel uncomfortable while I was eating, and they threw a chair on top of my table as if they were angry with me. At the next table, the girl was unpleasant. Instead of politely asking if they could get up and leave, she simply gestured with her hands as if she had no mouth to speak, with an air of superiority. She was a young, dark-haired, curly-haired girl—she's usually in line, along with an equal unpleasant Latino guy with dyed hair and a tall, and a white guy with a beard who seems indifferent to how his employees treat customers. I hope all the previous staff return. The dark-haired guy who was in line was very friendly, and it was clear many customers were grateful to be served by him. The Dominican guy was also very nice. For now, I won't be returning to this awful restaurant.

Tuve una experiencia bastante buena en Chipotle Mexican Grill. El concepto me gusta porque permite personalizar completamente el pedido y elegir entre una gran variedad de ingredientes frescos.
La comida estuvo bien en general. Los ingredientes se veían frescos y las porciones fueron generosas, especialmente en el burrito bowl que pedí. Sin embargo, sentí que algunos sabores eran algo simples y que la experiencia dependía mucho de la combinación que uno elija. Aunque estuvo rico, no me pareció algo especialmente memorable.
El servicio fue rápido y eficiente, aunque el trato fue más funcional que cercano. El local estaba limpio y bien organizado, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera cómoda.
Mi puntuación: 7.5/10. Es una opción práctica, con buena cantidad de comida y precios razonables, pero creo que hay margen para mejorar en sabor y consistencia. 🌯👍

I am disappointed with the level of professionalism at this location. I frequently choose Chipotle because it is usually a reliable and enjoyable option, but my recent experiences have changed that.
One employee, Ashley (name provided by Manager Alex), is often working behind the line and consistently displays a negative attitude when serving customers. As a regular customer, I find this behavior unnecessary and unwelcoming.
I spoke with Manager Alex about the issue, and while he apologized, this appears to be an ongoing problem rather than an isolated incident. Based on both my experiences and the similar concerns reflected in other reviews, there seems to be a recurring issue with staff behavior at this location.
I enjoy Chipotle and would like to continue supporting the business, but unless something changes, I will not be returning. Customer service and professionalism matter, and I hope management takes the necessary steps to address these concerns.
