I had no idea how to eat the dish or take the drink after I paid, they just gave it to me and moved on. They did not have Wi-Fi as well.

Ridiculous and unacceptable for a restaurant to have this bad of service and quality. Why are there so many bad reviews??? Well let me reiterate they consistently state they won’t make fresh steak, etc even though it’s hours before close. Very unprofessional. How is the manager and staff still there with this many complaints? Seems it’s time to contact corporate because providing feedback via the link doesn’t result in changes. Classic case of people in leadership ruining a franchise’s reputation.
