It was nasty and I was so disappointed because I thought chipotle follows the same recipe?? It was dry and tasteless. The rice was overcooked and the food was bland. I didn’t even finish my bowl & I always finish my chipotle. It was so bad that I'm actually writing a review. Like how you mess up on the guac??? I used my points for a tasteless meal. Highly disappointed. Never going back there and definitely cool on chipotle for a while.

The app says that it's ready but the two men standing in front the cash register says it wasn't ready when indeed it was. The woman preparing the to go orders gave no heads up about web orders taking a while but they constantly stare at you with no communication to the customer. She was backed up with orders and no one helped but a lil communication goes a long way to satisfy the customer. I waited about 20 mins after the app says my order was ready. I didn't even feel comfortable asking for anything else because of the lack of communication and lying from staff.

My rice is hard, my guacamole is brown, and they skimped me on the chicken even though I got double. Disappointed. It’s been getting worse but now I officially can’t go to this location anymore.
