  I visited Friday 8/28 around 2:15pm and was met with very slow and unfriendly service as well as a very unkempt dining area. A lady working the front of line at the time wanted to charge me extra just to put the same amount chicken on the side instead of inside my quesadilla when that has never occurred at any other chipotle location I’ve went to with the same order. The food is always good but the woman working front of line during the day is rude and ruins the experience

  Como siempre chipotle tiene buena comida el personal pésimo hay una mujer que no se atendió que tenía una cara como si estuviera aburrida de la vida prácticamente te tiraba el pedido en la cara, luego de un momento comía y fui al baño al ir al baño sentía que me tocaban la puerta de manera apresurada rápida y justo era esa mujer prácticamente estaba pateando la puerta porque mi hija la vio desde afuera terrible experiencia no vayan a comer a este lugar Aunque la comida sea muy rica lamentable que tengan personal trabajando así

  Scoops here are sooo small and workers are always in a bad mood + slow. Chips are always stale. Avoid this location and go to Columbus Circle instead. Scoops are also light there but at least they’re a bit nicer.. Also this one is not very clean? The layout of this one is strange.

  Muy mala experiencia en este Chipotle. Mientras estábamos comiendo, nos desapareció la mochila, dentro de la cual llevábamos tarjetas de crédito. Posteriormente, la mochila apareció de nuevo en la puerta del establecimiento. Nos pareció especialmente preocupante la actuación del personal. Tenemos sospechas sobre una empleada que nos había atendido, ya que la vimos salir del baño y, poco después, salir por la puerta. No podemos afirmar que ella fuera la responsable, pero las circunstancias nos resultaron muy sospechosas. Cuando llamamos al establecimiento para pedir explicaciones, nos dijeron que habían revisado las cámaras y que, según ellos, una señora acompañada de un niño había tapado la mochila, se la había llevado y posteriormente la había devuelto. Sin embargo, después de lo ocurrido, nos cuesta confiar en esa explicación y tenemos la sensación de que podrían estar intentando proteger a alguien del propio establecimiento. Esperábamos que el restaurante se tomara un incidente tan grave mucho más en serio y que ofreciera una explicación clara y transparente. Desde luego, después de esta experiencia no nos sentimos seguros dejando nuestras pertenencias en el establecimiento y no volveremos.

  Went in and the place stank of what seemed like piss, went to get chips and a root beer and the staff (who spoke perfect English) blanked me, after asking another 8 times they said “you getting a burrito or what” after I finally got my stuff they mocked my British accent as I walked away. I finished my food and felt quite sick so I went to the toilet and discovered where the strong smell of urine was coming from as there was an open stall that looked like it had been used for a month but not flushed in a month, I go into the furthest stall away from it and discovered rat droppings on the floor. Left straight away. Would NOT recommend.
