  The absolute worst service ever. Serve had the worst attitude, several people working however not in any type of order line out the door just ridiculous. Who is managing this place!!!!

  Bathroom not working supposedly. No out of order signs, no cleaning in progress. Think the staff just doesn't want to clean bathrooms. Ordered a burrito and asked them to mix it up w a fork before wrapping (like other Chipotles do for me). Was told they "aren't allowed to do that". If it's a policy, its a ridiculous policy. Takes 15 seconds. But i just think the staff (who were all either rude or staring off into space) are lazy. Update: always something here. Placed an order online and the woman that does the online orders from a station said she was waiting for rice. After about 10 minutes, I just asked if she could use the rice from the regular line, which she did. Frustrating!

  Ordered for pickup at 6:40. 7:05pm still waiting. Not enough staff. Everyone helping people waiting in line and no one making the orders submitted online/app. Still waiting.

  This must be the worse one in all manhattan,place was dirty and the food made me sick to my stomach,stay far away if you don’t want to be sick
