- WWWKApr 17, 20261.0Small portions compared to other locations and when the steak was low I only got half the normal portion and when I asked to substitute it with other meat she didn’t understand and added another small piece of steak. Not going back.
- CCCourtneyApr 15, 20261.0I came in last night over an hour before they were closing and they had run out of guacamole, which isn't the end of the world. Since I was ordering a veggie bowl and it's included in that I asked the guy making my bowl if there were any sauces that he would recommend trying instead. He suggested some new cilantro sauce or the cheese queso and said I can give you sides of those since we're out of guac. When I got to the register I was charged for both of those and when I tried to explain to the cashier they were in replacement of the guacamole she fought with me and took them out of my bag. And then when I got home I looked at the receipt and she had still charged me for them even after she argued with me and took them out of my bag. Maybe she was having a bad day, but that's not my fault and it's unfortunate that I (quite literally) had to pay for her bad day.
