  Never going back to this location again. I’m not one to go out of my way to write bad reviews but this place was terrible. I purchased a bowl and finished my food. I then went to ask if they had a bathroom. This girl that had a septum piercing had an unfriendly demeanor which is okay I don’t expect anyone jumping for joy on a Tuesday evening to talk to a customer at a chipotle. On top of that I’m in the bathroom and finish my business quickly. I’m finishing up in the bathroom and hear a click noise and I see this same girl literally UNLOCK my bathroom door and sees me standing in there and instead of shutting it closed immediately or apologizing she just stares at me still with the door wide open and we’re just staring at each other which was so awkward and uncomfortable. So I then go ahead and just mumble “I’m busy” because I was confused as to why she didn’t leave and close the door yet. And she goes “what” and I say strongly “I’m busy” and STILL instead of apologizing tries to blame me and says “you’re supposed to lock the door maam”. Like huh?!?? You open the locked door and try to make me think I didn’t? Regardless, let’s say it was unlocked (which it was not) that is NOT a way to treat your customers. Now what if I half naked on the toilet. Insane invasion of privacy. Luckily, I spoke to the young man to complain about her and he was very kind and patient and helpful towards the situation. Even though she tried to barge in to argue and say I didn’t lock the door which like I said regardless her attitude towards the situation was terrible. He insisted a refund many times and I declined but eventually accepted it towards the end. He may be the only reason why that girl was under control. Anyways if you’re going here BE CAREFUL with the bathroom and that girl.

  I occasionally splurge on chipotle because I love it and when I went in on a Saturday with 2 hours still before closing they were out of guac and didn’t say anything until my food was made and it was incredibly disappointing. I wish they would have said something so I could have come back another day
