  Hair in my food, overflowing garbage, and apparently a shortage of…small chip bags. I genuinely don’t know which part of this experience was worse. I ordered a kids meal and found a hair in my rice. I brought it to the employee at the register, and instead of simply acknowledging it, he looked at me and said, “That’s cilantro.” Cilantro??? Sir, unless cilantro has recently started growing in long strands, that was HAIR. I pointed it out to another employee, who told me he “couldn’t see anything” while making virtually no effort to actually look. Eventually, they agreed to replace the food. Then after I finished eating, I realized they never gave me the chips that came with my kids meal. I went back to ask for them and was told, “We ran out.” Fine. Except while I was leaving, I noticed the chips sitting RIGHT THERE behind the counter. Even better: two other customers had ordered kids meals and were told the exact same thing. One of them literally pointed at the chips and said, “But there are chips right there.” Suddenly the explanation changed. They hadn’t run out of chips—they had regular-size portions but apparently no small ones for the kids meals. I’m sorry, WHAT? These aren’t individually manufactured snack-size bags of Doritos. You make and portion the chips at Chipotle. If you have chips, you can put a smaller amount of those same chips into a bag. And if for some reason company policy prevents that, SAY THAT. Don’t tell customers you’ve “run out” while the alleged extinct chips are visible behind you. And somehow, none of this was even the grossest part of the restaurant. The garbage cans were so ridiculously full that trash was overflowing from them and falling onto the floor. It wasn’t one full trash can waiting to be changed. There was literally a pile of garbage accumulating around the bins. So let’s recap: hair in my rice that was identified as cilantro, employees acting like I was imagining it, parts of meals not being provided, chips that apparently exist only in certain dimensions, and a mountain of garbage spilling onto the floor. I came in expecting Chipotle. I left wondering whether I’d accidentally walked into an episode of Kitchen Nightmares. Apparently the only thing this location wasn’t running out of was trash.

  This location has had issues with people getting serious illness. And just yesterday I saw a person ignoring “first in, first out.” So management has been an awful failure.

  My 3rd and last time ordering here I order my food on grubhub I pay extra for a portion of chicken I never received, this happens more often then you think I hate bad business. Wish I can give 0 stars btw the phone is never answer when you call you make sure your food is corrected …. Never again I’ll take my hard earned money somewhere else
