  We found this pill in our burrito bowl. Spoke on the phone with customer service for 40 minutes and they resolved nothing. We have followed up several times and been ghosted. We paid and received no refund or apologies. This location is very badly managed.

  Probably the worst chiptole location in Manhattan. They do not care about making the bowl while actively skimping out on portions even if you ask for extra. The service is god awful. Just go to Naya across the street.

  I placed an online order for three tacos and I know that chipotle is notorious for doing absolutely whatever they feel like when you place an order online. So I decided that I would you know do my part and check my meal before I left the store I'm satisfied. I opened the container of tacos and they're sitting on a bed of chili salsa, corn, queso, and are covered in cheese. I'm not eating that, so naturally I go up to the staff nicely and I ask if it'll be possible for them to remake the tacos because of how they were thrown together and sold to me everybody up to who I assume the manager has the nastiest attitude and then he told me that he cannot remake the tacos so which I said why not he said that they're going to lose money and and then offered me a refund I said what sense does it make to refund me if I'm gonna get in line and order the same exact meal he said to me again if he makes the food over, they're gonna lose money whoever is reading this. Do you know how to do math?? very very nasty rude staff. not sure if they thought I was trying to scam them for a free meal, but I literally got the refund. Got back in the line 10 feet away and re-order the same exact meal to which they remade and then I paid for completely illogical waste of time decision they need to fire all the staff and try again

  Food was good. Service sucked. Waited right at the counter to get a drink for 10 minutes. No customers. Walked out after the third time being ignored. Don’t think I’ve ever been this disappointed with a chipotle before.

  I’ve been to over 30 different Chipotles over the years and no location has disappointed me more this than one. Every time I’ve gone the scoops have been embarrassing; it’s like I can finish a bowl in just a few bites. Additionally, there’s always an ingredient or two they’re out of - even if there’s no line! After now going here 5 times, the reason for all these issues can only fall to very poor management. Comparing this location to one on 72nd street is night and day. I hate that’s it’s further but I will now be taking a longer walk just to avoid be disappointed by this location yet again.
