  Always dirty in there then today the lady gives my food away to another family wasting my entire lunch break like i wasnt in line for 15 mins already no apologies just attitude like im the reason she works there they have poor customer service seriously and always messing up my order its sad had enough today with them giving my food away and its never fast service at the register slow and nasty in there wouldnt recommend !!

  The worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Workers couldn’t care less about working there. Constantly out of food. 6 pm on a Friday and I can’t get corn and barely got any rice. Go to 72nd Chip if you want good service

  The employees were rude, the portions were smaller than at most chipotles. Worst of all, there was a stiff leaf that is inedible in my burrito that I had to take out of my mouth because I couldn't bite through it.

  Terrible customer service, I was spoken to rudely when I haven't done anything to the server, and my burrito was made in a sloppy manner this was one of my favorite locations, I guess not anymore and they were very stingy with the scoops, I don’t see myself coming here again

  Ordered pickup from this location around 7:30pm and there was a crowd of about 10+ waiting to pickup orders and 1 person was on staff making the pickup orders, meanwhile my food, as well as everyone's else's was marked as ready for pickup in our apps--making it impossible to get any help or refund in Chipotle's customer service portal. Woman next to me said she had been waiting 40+ minutes for a kid's meal. Staff member also lost it and started cursing out customers after a customer tried to grab their own food because no employee felt inclined to hand out or announce any of the pick up orders that were actually ready. Chipotles do tend to be known for mediocre service, but this is by far the worst run restaurant on the UWS and the worst run Chipotle ever. I have emailed customer support and tried on Chipotle's app to talk to someone to get my money back, as I was on my work break and had already stayed past my time and never received my food, but I received the following from Chipotle's app (below). Guess I will be going to my bank to tell them to cancel the transaction. Insane how bad customer service is in the app and that the staff that can make a bowl in 30 seconds in front of you can't make that same bowl and put a correct pick up sticker on it. If you feel like eating here, save yourself a chaotic evening and just get the quesadilla from the deli or food truck nearby instead.
