  I asked for chicken burrito bowl and the girl told me that I was unable to get it due to the fact that there was no one there to cut up the chicken. This is FOOLISHNESS!

  Food was ok. Got there and they said that they were out of the honey chicken and the soda machine was down. However, they didn’t seem to understand me when I ordered. The first girl rolled her eyes when I asked for the chicken and then passed me off to someone who was able to speak English, but we had a hard time communicating about what I wanted to put on it.

  Good evening, I am writing to formally express my disappointment with my recent visit to your Fulton Street location. I visited this evening to purchase dinner, and the experience was extremely unsatisfactory. The overall condition of the store was unacceptable. The dining area was very dirty, with trash overflowing from the garbage cans and food scattered across tables and floors. The napkin dispensers were empty, and there were no available hot sauce bottles with product in them. The countertops where food was being prepared were visibly unclean, with ingredients like tomatoes spread across the surface. Additionally, I noticed a buildup of dirty dishes in the back area, which raised serious concerns about sanitation and food safety. The environment did not appear to be properly maintained throughout the day. Unfortunately, the condition of the store was reflected in the quality of the food I received. My meal was very disappointing and did not meet the standard I have come to expect. I have always enjoyed Chipotle, which made this experience even more frustrating. I also observed that the staff did not appear supported or in a positive working environment, which may be contributing to these issues. Whether this is due to understaffing or management concerns, it is something that clearly needs attention. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed promptly, as this location does not currently reflect the quality and standards associated with your brand. Sincerely, Shanasia Darby
