Cashier looked right through me and pretty much ignored me as I walked up. If this was the last spot open at 2am I think I’d pass and not eat for the night

We waited for atleast 10 mins for our turn. The staff didn't understand what I wanted. I told him I want veg food and he was asking me again and again what I want. Then he gave me brown rice and then served those which I pointed. Rice wasn't cooked properly. It was raw at many a portion. Corn was also very raw. The toppings they just add a lot. Even though I told him I am dining in, he packed it with the aluminium foil. The food was cold. I would prefered them to heat it up and give. Ambience was also bad. No clean tables and chairs. The Chipotle where I ate 9 years back was way good and my expectations with this has been a disappointment.
