  I pass this store every day when I’m picking my son up from school, and today I finally decided to stop in and see what they had. I’m so glad I did. Briana and Anya, I hope I’m spelling that right, gave me the warmest welcome. They were patient, took their time explaining all the different cookies, and even broke down how the rewards system works, which was really helpful. I try a lot of places and leave a lot of reviews, and one thing that always brings me back is good customer service. They definitely got that right. The cookies were fresh, soft, and honestly delicious. A little on the pricey side, but definitely worth it. I’ll be back for sure.

  Beatriz was really helpful in accommodating my visit! Whether it was to pick up a Too Good to Go order a little after open, or giving me a pin to join my collection of pins. Reminiscing on stories of the day, and a free chocolate chip cookie. It never hurts to be kind, and employees like this are all the better. Have a wonderful weekend and I hope others can come to this Chip City location too!
