  We were told AFTER we ordered that the grill is broken and they had to make substitutions to our meal. We passed multiple employees on our way to the kiosk. None of them warned us that the grill was broken. We found out when the cook came out and told us as we were sitting down. Also this dining room is disgusting. Not a single table is clean. There is a fire extinguisher holding a door open. No one that works here gives a single **** except the cook. She was great.

  Good things: the hot grilled chicken tastes great. No complaints about that. I also have gotten the mint milkshake and that is really good. The Avo crema sauce is bangin. Bad things: this place is not fast, and customer service, while generally friendly, involves a bit of Gen Z stare and is kind of sluggish. My biggest disappointment though is the amount of food - the cole slaw I got was not a full bowl, and the tenders seemed very small, more like jumbo nuggets. They were also a little more greasy than I was expecting - I got the grilled tenders but they certainly seemed kind of fried. Presentation of food is also pretty messy. When my order was ready it was placed on the counter without a tray or anything, when I asked for a bag the guy handed it to me with greasy gloves … just kind of a weird experience overall. Unfortunately I’ll probably be back once I adjust my price/value expectations but there are at least 4 other chicken places in Times Square if you don’t want to be sad about tiny tenders

  My family and I went to this location because we enjoyed the one in Orlando. Ordered an extra fry and extra sauce cup. Went back to the hotel and realized both items were missing. Immediately used the contact form and reached out to the establishment. Owner was given the information and stated he would fix it but never heard from him again. Also the food was stale and cold. It cost $50!!! Very disappointing because we are tourists and it’s almost impossible to return back to the location.

  The staff were ABSOLUTELY RUDE. All I wanted was to sit down for few minutes and enjoy my food. I feel like I have the right to ask to sit in the empty place since the other tables were full. If the staff gave me a normal answer when I first asked I wouldn’t have been giving 1 star. After they called the manager she kept staring at me yelling insults and STILL talking from my back with her coworker.

  Extremely Disappointing Customer Service We had already placed and paid for our order, but all the available tables in the main seating area (there were only 2 tables) were occupied. There were many empty tables in the back, so we asked whether we could sit there. A woman working in the kitchen abruptly told us, “No, it’s closed.” When we politely asked why the area was closed—especially since it appeared accessible and we had just purchased food—she repeatedly responded, “It’s closed,” in a sarcastic and dismissive manner. When we asked again, she raised her voice instead of giving us a simple explanation. She then rudely offered to refund our money. We accepted, but the refund process took nearly an hour, wasting even more of our time. The entire situation was handled in an unnecessarily hostile and unprofessional way. Management urgently needs to provide proper customer-service training and teach employees how to communicate respectfully with paying customers. This experience completely ruined our visit. I will never return to this location.
