On 9/28/26 order came, missing a sandwich, it happens. Call, go to cares team, put in request, store will get back to me in a few days. Cool. 10/3 comes around, son wants again, remember I never heard back call again. They closed out request. Resolution, free delivery. $5 value. Problem, the sandwich they didn't give was $9. New ticket, escalate. Call store, VM full. No word on ticket. Call store today. Actual human. 3rd phone call, 15 minutes today to be told manager isn't there and I should call cares team again. I know this is not how corporate trained you. If you don't give me the thing I paid for, refund the thing you did not give me. Free delivery is great but that did not solve my problem of not getting the thing I paid for. Solve my problem first, then try to make it up to me. Now I've wasted 3 phone calls north of 10 minutes and I will never order from this location again. Over $9. Do some math over there because you have failed epically and the cost to regain me as a customer probably now exceeds what you are willing to spend. When a $9 credit when I called the first time would have solved all of this.

It has a good location but it's ridiculous to not put a tew tables even outside. They don't even have a garbage can for you to use to throw away an errant napkin. No one should support this kind of business. Consistently you see elderly people with children like standing for 15 minutes because god forbid you throw a bench outside. And then to keep a very bathroom very obviously created for customers and then not let them use it because you didn’t want to create a second one in the back or worse don’t want to keep that one clean. Yes it’s inconvenient but you’re also holding yourself out to the public as an eatery.
