She provided the single worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life, not just in New York. She wasn't just tired—she actively projected total hatred for her job. “She pounded on the register/kiosk keys with extreme aggression and was unbelievably rude to me throughout the order„ When I asked about selecting sauces and cheeses, she completely snapped at me with an awful attitude, aggressively complaining about item limits. If you hate your job this much and refuse to treat customers with basic respect, JUST QUIT😊 If staff can't handle basic human decency while selling fast food, this location should just switch entirely to self-service kiosks. I honestly have no idea why or how someone like this was ever hired. Employees like Gaci completely destroy the values, reputation, and brand image that Chick-fil-A has built. Extremely angry and disappointed.

- JVJade VSep 4, 20261.09/4/2026 @ 10:15AM i’ve been to this location pretty often because i worked nearby, and i’ve never had an issue with my chicken bowl being underfilled until today. i ordered it without hash browns like i always do, and the bowl i received was noticeably underfilled. i brought it to the attention of the female employee and she told me “yeah, you removed the hash browns, so this is what it’s going to look like.” she went to ask her male supervisor and he also told me that this is how bowls come when they are modified. i previously worked at chick-fil-a for 2 years, so i know that making a modification shouldn’t mean receiving a bowl that is nearly empty. especially considering i’ve ordered the same modification at this and other locations before without this issue. what bothered me most was how my concern was handled. there was no apology or acknowledgment, just *i guess we’ll remake it for you*. i did not appreciate how i was spoken to. it’s disappointing because this was a location i regularly visited simply because it was convenient, and now i feel like i have to find somewhere else. mistakes happen, but i expected better customer service and consistency from a location i’ve visited so frequently. unfortunately, i won’t be returning.
