  I came for a pick up and it took a while but the cashier was really kind and they accommodated me when they ran out of the grain that I ordered! Please be kind to the employees during rush hour and are trying their best. :)

  It’s kind of like a “healthy Mediterranean version of Chipotle,” but in reality, it was really salty and didn’t seem to have that many options. Their sour cream pita chips were actually really good, though.

  Every few months for the last couple years I have come here and had the same issue. When ordering for pick up it takes significantly longer to prepare and be ready than appropriate. Expect to stand at the pick up spot an additional 15-20 minutes after order is supposed to be ready by due to unending prioritisation of in-person orders.

  Food was great! The workers were extremely rude and acted inconvenienced by us ordering. They told us they didn’t have water cups and proceeded to hand them out to other people behind us. Workers should be trained on better customer service skills 😊

  Had a pick up order for 6pm which wasn’t even started until 6:10pm. Got it at like 6:20 and there were many other people waiting for their late orders as well. The line inside was long too, I could have gotten on it twice and still got my order faster than pick up. There were items missing from what I ordered, it was not bagged even though that option was checked off. The food is great but when it comes to getting your order on time, don’t count on it. Staff was moving at a lax pace and they looked like they forgot to turn the orders machine on until they realized there were many people waiting for their pick up.
