  horrible experience and I would give 0 stars if I could. I went on my hour lunch break, despite getting there with 40 minutes left to my break, I proceeded to wait 15+ minutes in line with only 1 person in front of me-both of us were ignored and offered no communication regarding whether our orders weren’t taken yet bc of short staffing or due to a shortage of items that were thus being prepped in the kitchen. When I was finally taken, they were out of TWO items that I wanted. Had been craving Cava and I would’ve taken my business elsewhere had I known I would essentially be ignored and wasted my money paying for a bowl that was missing multiple items I traveled there for in the first place. When they finally had an item I wanted back in stock I went in line again to buy it and was ignored and taken over a new customer, even though I had already inquired and stated that I’d wait to pay until the item was ready??? At that point I have no time left and had to run back to work. I also work at a job that is short staffed so I understand the feeling of chaos when you’re keeping a store going with few team members but the entire experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I doubt I’ll be returning to any cava location in the near future.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Just wanted to drop a review because the guy working the line today, Andre, was awesome. The whole staff is cool, but he really stands out. He's super friendly to everyone coming in and just brings a really good, energetic vibe to the store. You don't usually get customer service like that at fast casual spots anymore. Food was great too, but Andre's energy is the main reason I'd come back to this location Thanks Andre! 😃⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Really enjoyed my experience at CAVA! The food was fresh, tasty, and the portions were pretty good. Everything came together really well, and the staff was friendly too. Definitely a good spot when you want something quick but still filling. I’ll definitely be back!

  You know what the food is like. It’s solid. I’m leaving a review because the staff was great. All of them. But it was obvious they were working hard due to short staffing. I hope corporate reads this and hires more people so the wonderful staff I was served with can get a well deserved break.
