  I recently just found out about cava and have been obsessed since and have had nothing but great experiences. However, this Cava location hands down has the best customer service. Salim,Rouselyn, and Jeffery offered nothing but excellent customer service. From the beginning of the process all the way to the end, they definitely deserve raises (not just them but all the staff at this location). If you’re ever around definitely stop in you won’t be disappointed.

  Great food! Good variety and love the option to customize. However, the ability to customize slows down the ordering line. Can be quite a wait during busy times.

  Naya on 11th and University place has better food, service, and prices. Staff here wasn't very accommodating, lots of tiny additional costs for various items, and the food itself often has a bit of an aftertaste no matter what I get. Overall the food seems a little too processed, which is not what I want from a build-your-own style restaurant. 2 stars because at least it was edible.

  Server (African-American guy) was awesome. I don’t recall his name but despite not having some items being that it was late he was very honest and helpful. Wish them all the best, God bless!!
