  Dined at Cava NYC wall st and Jess was amazing!! He was so attentive and kind. It was my first time there and he helped me with the menu and building the most delicious bowl. I can be a bit indecisive especially with new food and he was super patient. Raymond was also really really kind while packaging my order

  Very small portions. Great if you’re on a diet. Not great if you want a full, healthy meal. I’d say 50% to 60% of a Chipotle serving. Bowls are visibly not full.

  staff was amazzzzing! first time having cava and it didn’t disappoint. location was also very clean. I’ll be going back. thanks everyone!

  They violated my bowl. No rice, no meat, no volume. Shorty who was running my bowl was really stingy and did not bless me whatsoever. Terrible service and eats were butt, steak was ode dry. Don’t come, go to chipotle.

  I had a great experience at the CAVA location on Wall Street in New York. The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I walked in. Yenibel was incredibly helpful and made the experience even better by offering excellent recommendations that fit exactly what I was looking for. The staff was friendly, attentive, and worked efficiently to keep the line moving, so service was impressively fast. I also appreciated the wide variety of fresh ingredients and customizable menu options available. Overall, it was a quick, enjoyable meal with outstanding customer service, and I'll definitely be returning the next time I'm in the area.
