  This is my third time ordering from Cva -- first two times were fine. Honestly -- today (Glazed Salmon) was horrible. Salmon tasted like it came from a can. Arugula was YELLOW! Whole bowl ran together like a bunch of slop.

  Lilly at 350 Hudson Street gave genuinely some of the best customer service I’ve had anywhere in a long time. She was welcoming the second I walked into CAVA, had amazing energy, and made the whole experience better. You can tell Lilly actually cares about customers and takes pride in what she does. Employees like her are the reason people come back. CAVA is lucky to have her.

  This CAVA gives you small portions of meat compared to every other CAVA. I mentioned it to the person at the register & she then notified the kitchen supervisor/manager. He then informed me that it’s only 1 level scoop of meat for a regular portion. I told him that every other CAVA gives you 2 scoops. He told me that he’s strick on the portions but still gave me more chicken. I assumed that the portions of meat were 4 oz per meal. The serving spoon they use looks like it’s less than a 2oz serving spoon and had chicken stuck on it. Not sure if I’ll come here again. Please show the kitchen staff what one portion of meat looks like on a scale. I wouldn’t pay $15 for a bowl with 2 oz of meat. Other than that, the food is delicious, & they’re generous with the rice, vegetables & sauces.

  I'm a loyal Cava customer of over 10 years and this is my favorite location in the city. Food and drinks are always fresh, portions are generous, service is fast, and the employees here have great energy. The crowds get crazy around 12-1PM due to this being located in peak office hell neighborhood but even then the line moves quickly considering. Shout out to Lilly and José for always making customers feel welcome here!

  Honestly, this is my go to midday office meal. Of all the sort of desk-worker "bowls" available, this one's the best and it's not even close. But specifically, I wanna give a special shout out to Aaron, Juni, Jose, Patience (I know I misspelled that), and LILLY who seriously make me care at all. They are the familiar faces in the anonymity that is downtown Manhattan. They have the best attitude, they are genuinely decent human beings, and are THE reason I keep coming back.
