  I just want to mention one of the servers in good light. I was concerned about saltiness of all the ingredients that would go into my bowl. She patiently answered whenever I asked if a certain ingredient is salty or spicy. She shared frankly if she didn’t know something. I came out having a good bowl that’s not too salty or spicy- and hence good for me. 😊 managers- please note Luna for her great service.

  Every time I’m around this area I HAVE to stop and treat myself to Cava! Lol This location is dope as heck, the staff is amazing, super helpful and attentive. I have to shoutout one of the girls who helped me tonight, Yuli!! She is so sweet, I had to ask a question, she was occupied in stocking inventory, I didn’t want to bother her but she assisted me right away. I truly appreciate that!! As for the food this is amazing especially the harissa chicken with the crazy feta, hummus, and PITA CHIPS!! The pita chips are sooo freaking addicting. All it has is salt and pepper but it’s crack lol!

  Very fast and efficient service. Suleiny was super helpful, it’s my first time eating hearing and she helped break down the price. A bit pricey but for the better ingredients and cooking methods totally worth it. Very clean too.

  The food is very delicious, this is one of the cleaner stores I’ve seen in the city. Around 6:30 PM today doing peak dinner hour? The first three people on base Cold sides leading down to proteins were not that friendly. My appetite was almost ruined. The general manager was in a meeting at the time, but I did let the leaders in the store who were on the Line know about the behaviors that I noticed. Stop being so eager to rush a transaction, and that everything is extra. We pay 20+ dollars every day for a bowl. The price isn’t the issue the unpleasant hospitality experience is. This is not the Bronx, we are in midtown 👍

  Simple, this place rocks! I was walking around midtown looking at various menus because I was starving not having eaten all day. Most places, the prices were through the roof! I saw this place and googled it. I saw it had 4.8 stars a better rating than all the other more pricey restaurants. I give this place 5 stars. With tax my dish was $14. I had the chicken and rice bowl with everything, greens, yummy chicken, tomatoes, cucumbers, greens, onions, and delicious cheese. It was filling, nutritious and amazingly flavorful! Given I live in the city many people ask me where they can eat for a quick bite or good less expensive meal before going to the theater or Carnegie Hall. Now I can tell them -Cava. Staff is friendly, service is quick, food quality is excellent. The place is very pleasant, clean and can be busy. The only thing I would suggest is for them to play the music a little lower so it is easier to have conversations during dining. This place is extremely well managed and I look forward to coming back again.
