  Worse service ever tonight! Fırst they passed me over as i was the first on the line , and than after i waited for the steak to cook they called me saying the bowl was ready . When i went back to hotel and opened it i found out the bowl was missing almost all the ingredients that were on the list that they only put the greens , lots of feta only and chewy unedible steak ! Unbelievable, trashed ! Both my money my appetite and the bowl went to the bin ! They had one job to do, wellcome customer, tske their order, prepare their choice as mentioned with all the ingredients that were listed unless the customer says otherwise , right ? Big disappointment….

  The workers at this cava are very nice as well as welcoming. They make sure to answer all of your questions and concerns and also give suggestions. As a first time customer, Fernanda was very helpful as well as nice. She also has a great personality!

  Fernanda at this store specifically on Sept 19 was extremely rude. I ordered four bowls for a group and it was for some reason way too much for her. It was my first time there but even the. I was trying to be fast with my order since it’s a crowded spot and I didn’t wanna hold anyone up in line. The only thing I asked different was if she could give me the salmon she was originally getting but replaced with a burnt salmon. With the price of the bowls it would’ve been nice if oh I don’t know, the salmon wasn’t burnt ? So I asked nicely if it was ok to get the salmon on the bottom. And instead of saving us all time, she gives the nastiest look and throws the entire bowl aggressively into the trash with all the greens and rice and makes a separate bowl in the back which I have no idea why she did that when all the bowl ingredients were where customers can see. And she pushed all the bowls over like they were nothing. It was beyond rude. I was born and raised here and worked in the service business. I know it was a lot to order and know better to not take my sweet time. Oh and for the record the amount of food in the salmon bowl is WAY less than the other bowls. Make it make sense. I ain’t paying for HALF a bowl. Sorry if FOUR bowls were too much for you. CAVA, please rethink who you hire because I wasn’t being rude at all and trying to be real fast to not inconvenience people since nobody needs that. But if I asked for ONE small thing, I don’t need to be getting attitude over it when SHE IS THE SERVER.
