  CAVA is always great, but Caleb truly makes it a 5-star experience. He runs everything smoothly, keeps a positive vibe, and makes customers feel genuinely welcomed. You can tell he cares about both the team and the service. Honestly, he deserves way more than just a raise. He is a perfect manager!!

  I tried a new menu item for takeout, and it felt noticeably lighter than usual. When I opened the bowl, it was only filled about halfway. Honestly, it looked like one serving had been split between two people. Consistency is really important, especially for a place I’ve trusted before. This portion was far below what I’ve received in the past, and it didn’t feel worth the price at all. I hope this was just a one-off issue, but it definitely left a bad impression.

  CHECK YOUR ORDERS BEFORE LEAVING!!!! I ordered from here for the first time for pickup. I specifically chose utensils to be included with a bag as I was picking it up and planning to eat it on the train. Well they never provided utensils so I had to wait until I got home so truthfully the food could’ve been amazing but I have no idea as I had to wait over an hour to eat my lunch. On top of that I paid almost $5 for a sparkling water and every single beverage they had was warm. Very disappointing for an almost $30 meal
