  We really liked it:) better than I expected (it was my first time). I feel so full after all. Highly reccomend order the crispy bread:)

  My daughter and I were at the Cava on Broadway in NY yesterday 8/10/2026, 3:56pm. She had the Salmon Strawberry Sesame, and I had the Steak Harissa both were overcooked and hard. The salmon was not cooked to order. I had to return my food, and it was replaced with no issues. The person I spoke to said "this one is fresh." I did try it; it was warmer and had more moisture to it but was still tough and the brown rice was lukewarm with hard grains. We also had the Pita chips and they were very salty. My niece is a GM at one of the restaurants in Connecticut and she highly recommended Cava to us. We were very disappointed in the food quality. My niece was also very disappointed stating Cava on Broadway is the Flagship restaurant. Maybe I'll try it again when I get home to Florida?

  Bri is soooooo amazing. customer service is phenomenal! literally shout out to her because she’s working during the parade and it is soooo busy. Thank you Bri!

  CAVA is simply the best! The little pita bread is just scrumptious! I love them! There's very little seating in the Manhattan location which sucked!

  this fine gentleman that works here literally just now saved me from a moving car outside of the cava while simultaneously making my delicious cava bowl THIS PLACE FREAKING ROCKS!!!!
