I shop at this store almost every day, and this was the first time I had a problem. I was speaking with the cashier about an item that was priced differently than what was displayed. Instead of letting the cashier handle the situation, the manager interrupted our conversation and immediately spoke to me with an unnecessary attitude.
When I asked her not to speak to me that way, she responded by saying, "I'm the manager," as if being a manager gives her the right to be rude. Being in a management position should mean setting an example of professionalism and respect, not using the title as an excuse to speak down to customers.
I understand that mistakes happen with pricing, and I wasn't being disrespectful—I was simply asking about the difference. I've been a loyal customer for a long time, and I was disappointed by how I was treated. I hope management reminds all employees, especially supervisors, that treating customers with courtesy and respect should always come first I won't be coming back. Customer service matters, and they lost a loyal customer who shopped there almost every day simply because of unprofessional behavior. Respect costs nothing manager's job is to lead with professionalism not nasty attitude

A big supermarket. Something for everyone here. Good prices. A decent selection of prepared foods for easy cooking.

I don’t leave reviews but I honestly came on here to let ya know they make the BEST iced coffee with the syrups or not it’s always good and fresh. I liked this supermarket since they first opened, Valid prices especially on the days with the “manger’s specials” deals. The workers are also nice. :).

From the outside, it looked smaller than it actually is. They have everything you can need. Being in the city, some things definitely overpriced, but some things were on a good sale price. The aisles are kind of like a maze, but Im impressed with the amount of products they had and shelves fully stocked.
WATCH THE PRICES! Almost every time I have been to this store in the past two years, at least one or two (or more) items ring up with the wrong price. When I tell the cashier, they are annoyed. I brought it up to a manager once when there were multiple wrong amounts and they just said that their sale had started and the prices hadn't updated yet. What a lame excuse! I just came from there again and I was only getting two items and one of them had the sale price posted in the front of the store with a big sign, but it still came up a dollar more at check-out. The cashier was annoyed to have to check the price. I walked out, and I will do my best to avoid going to this store in the future. They are not careful in putting their prices into the computer or deliberately trying to rip-off people by small amounts at a time so that it is not too noticeable because most people don't check their receipts. STAY AWAY!
UPDATE AFTER RESPONSE FROM BROOKLYN FARE: It sounds like you did not even read my review. I clearly stated that I brought the pricing issue up to cashiers many times and they were annoyed. I also brought it up to management at least once while in the store (and probably more over the past two years, I don't remember), but nothing has changed. It has been going on a long time and I am tired of having to object to the prices so much during each visit. It's exhausting and unnecessary. Clearly, it is not important enough to you to correct the problem after all this time. How much more time do you need? I'm done. Thanks. There are plenty of other options where I don't have to do this.
