  Even though this my most convenient grocery store, I can’t shop here anymore. The dog situation is out of control. The only thing worse than the dogs themselves are their entitled owners. If you can’t handle going to a grocery store without your dog, you shouldn’t be living in NYC!

  Overpriced garbage. Only come here if you need to. All their prepared food are such a scam. $8.99 for a school lunch tuna sandwich, really? Not to mention majority of the prepared food are absolutely bland with no taste. Also, only like 2 of their deli chefs can actually make decent sandwiches, the rest just make it really small or put too much sauce on it. The bald one just sucks at listening and is rude too. You can at least get a good oatmeal/fruit cup from that damned place. Also, 2 years ago I found plastic in my lasagna. Rare occurrence and stuff happens, so I won't put that on them... but just had to put that out there.

  For a grocery store, their stock of fresh fruits, vegetables, breads, meats diary is wide and well maintained. The staff is always helpful. The store is always clean. They always have enough staff on the checkout counters - except the few times when everyone in the world decides it is time to shop - and even then the line goes very quickly. The prices are higher than elsewhere HOWEVER you can get amazing deals on products when you look and wait.
