  Bird Dog was an amazing dining experience! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and Lauren and Becky were incredibly friendly and attentive. The food was excellent, especially the Burrata, Ravioli, and Bucatini. Everything was full of flavor and beautifully prepared. Great service, delicious food, and a welcoming vibe—I’ll definitely be back!

  Our server made up for a lack on other areas. They put us on a space next to the main restaurant. It was fine, but not remarkable. Didn't like that we were forced to order from prix fixe menu, as I want hungry enough for that

  The stars given are for the service. Although, one of the workers took our plates away at one point whilst we were still in the middle of eating the pasta, it was very awkward. The cost is not reflected in the quality of the food. Everything was bland unless masked by a sauce, and overcooked. Dishes came out cold and meats were placed on a slice of white bread which was strange. No liquor in the establishment as well.

  Overall I would definitely skip Bird Dog and go somewhere else. There are so many positive social media videos and 5 star reviews (didn’t actually dig/read and I should have). The amount of food you get for $75 isint bad, but it’s not great. The quality of the food is the issue. Both of our pastas were overcooked (rigatoni folded in on itself) and the sauce tasting like some bland jar with literally zero seasoning. One pasta was borderline inedible. The worst part was the fried chicken. There was nothing fried about it. Came out soggy, zero crisp, with almost no flavor. Kind of like I was eating rubber. Service was slow, but friendly. Avoid.

  I’m having trouble remembering what was desirable about this place to begin with. We didn’t know it was a pre-fixe menu at $75pp so I said we were going to pass and try somewhere else and the server goes “ok I’ll just need a credit card to purchase your $20pp gift card for cancelling your reservation” WHAT I’ve never been seated at a restaurant and then told I can’t leave without either ordering or purchasing a gift card??? One member of the party hadn’t arrived yet and she offered to only charge us for 2 people as a bargain. WHAT. I don’t ever want to go back so we decided to just order. Next, they serve me my meal with a giant piece of white bread. I’m gluten free, informed the waiter, AND the dish was labeled gluten free on the menu. The food was about a 6/10 and it was incredibly expensive for what it was. I wouldn’t go for the food, I wouldn’t go for the service and I certainly wouldn’t go for the weird atmosphere. And don’t go here if you have allergies.
