The burgers are absolutely delicious and unique..my buddies drink the shakes which look insane. How they stay awake after a burger and shake is beyond me. Always a great lunch!

Service was amazing. The food was really good. We had the nachos, burger, patty melt, and the chili was fire. My wife had the Blue Hawaiin and I had an Old Fashioned. Both were amazing. The local brews are tasty as well. Max was an awesome waiter, very attentive, and knowledgeable.

Went on a Thursday afternoon. Place was not busy and our we were seated right away. We had the pretzel for an appetizer and it was HUGE & tasty. Grandson had the Fat Cat & I had The Ranch Hand. Both were very good. Grandson also had cheese fries. They also have full bar and a good selection of draft beers. I had the Bronx Brewery Pale Ale and it was very good. Only negative was cost. With tip it was over $100 but everything thing is expensive in NYC 😳

Bill Bar Burger in NYC near World Trade Center is a nice, cozy spot that immediately feels welcoming the moment you walk in. The interior is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, creating a relaxed and inviting atmosphere that makes you want to sit down and enjoy your meal without rushing. The food definitely lives up to the atmosphere. I ordered the Rocking Burger, and it did not disappoint. The portion size was generous, and the burger itself was juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. You can tell they focus on quality, and it shows in every bite. It’s the kind of burger that satisfies both your hunger and your expectations. I also tried the fries with cheese. They were decent—nothing exceptional, but still enjoyable enough as a side. The burger is really the star here, so even if the fries are ok, the overall experience remains very positive. What stands out most about Bill Bar Burger is how it combines comfort with quality. It’s a great place to stop by whether you’re casually exploring the city or specifically craving a solid, filling burger. If you’re hungry and looking for a reliable, comfortable spot with good food and a welcoming vibe, this place is definitely worth a visit.

The 2 stars is really for mismanagement of yesterday. All staff members were great and were doing the best that they could with a large crowd. Knowing in advance that the Knicks parade would be going on, more staff should have been on duty. There was noone at the host stand, 2 people behind the bar, a few waitstaff, and more importantly no manager or supervisor to come out & communicate anything to us while waiting to get in. I couldn't even tell you if a supervisor or manager was even on duty. It doesn't make sense to me that the day before someone couldn't look at the reservations to determine how many customers could be accommodated without reservations. Or not have reservations at all & be seated first come first serve. Especially since people were eating and not leaving because they were staying to watch the parade which obviously cuts into later reservations. Multiple people went in to ask questions and were told by staff that they did not know was going on. I was on line from 9a for a 945a reservation to be told no one is being seated because the kitchen is backed up. Obviously that's understandable but noone is coming out to communicate. I had to go in and wait 15 mins just ask a question because again, there's no host/hostess, therefore we all had to wait until waitstaff came to get menus to be able to find anything out. Then you have people seating themselves while many of us had reservations. The waitress then said to everyone you can see if there's an empty table and "see" if someone will take your order. That literally does not make sense and there was no reason for line. Everyone could have just come in and stood around the bar which is what eventually happened when people got tired of waiting on line. But again, staff were great.
