- KKKaillabyJul 24, 20261.0EDIT: I see where i was invited to speak with the owner and make things right. aside from accountability, there only thing that can be done is to train your employees to be attentive to all clients regardless of their race, gender, or creed so that no one else has to endure the discomfort that i felt. i wish i could review this higher, i was having a great time in the shop: the cashier that greeted me was so pleasant and sweet, and they even had non dairy options which was nice but when i was waiting to be rung up, i was clearly being avoided by the remainder of the staff. i stood right in front of the register waiting for my order, i was never acknowledged, addressed, or checked on. it was really awkward and made really uncomfortable.
