I asked to speak with a manager, and his partner identified as such....tried to play it off....showed me the cakes and then tried to bribe my kids by giving them free munchkin donuts. Digusting and very disturbing that he felt the ok to speak to a female customer in this manner. But if its a customer who would've approached them like that...then its wrong. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT INSIDE HERE ...felt threathen and violated for no reason at all.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
