  Our party of three made a 9:00 PM reservation while visiting from out of town. We arrived at 8:15 PM and were told to return at our scheduled reservation time because a private event was ending at 9:00 PM. When we returned promptly at 9:00 PM, we were informed that the private party had not left and that we could not be seated. Instead, we were told to "try again" at 10:30 PM. No apology, no accommodation, and no accountability. What made the experience truly unacceptable was the attitude of the two women managing the event. They were remarkably dismissive and indifferent, treating our concerns as an inconvenience rather than the direct result of their own mismanagement. We were left standing there feeling completely disregarded while they showed no interest in making the situation right. A reservation is a commitment, not a suggestion. The staff's lack of professionalism, empathy, and basic courtesy turned what should have been an enjoyable evening into a frustrating and disrespectful experience. We left feeling ignored, unwelcome, and with no reason to ever return.

  Came here for the first time for an organized social event. I was immediately awestruck by the amazing views as well as the glass bottom balcony. The atmosphere and vibe were great. I was also pleasantly surprised how good the food was. At social events like this, I usually find the food to be just okay but here at Art, I found myself going back for seconds and thirds because they were delicious! But I have to stay the star of the show was Kevin. I wanted to try a different drink every round - I started out with a normal cocktail, then beer, then Kevin started taking over suggesting delicious drink after delicious drink. He would always come over making sure I had a drink in hand and a NEW drink when it was empty. Stellar service. Thanks Kevin! I can’t believe I haven’t found this place before but now that I have, I can easily see myself coming back (and bringing friends with me)!
