  Great, authentic Indian food. They let you customize the spiciness level of all their dishes, which I appreciate as I personally have zero spice tolerance. I can enjoy all of their curries cooked mild on demand.

  Wow! Walked in without a reservation on a busy Friday night and was treated very well. Delicious Palek Paneer and Lamb Biryani (with raita), and garlic naan, all for less than $60. The decor is nothing special but the service is fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely returning!

  We had an amazing experience at Angaar NYC! The food was absolutely delicious, and the portions were just perfect. We tried the Chicken Tikka and Chicken Saffron, both of which were flavorful and cooked perfectly. We also had the naan, which was fresh and delicious. Everything was beautifully prepared, and the flavors were amazing. Definitely a great spot if you’re looking for delicious Indian food in NYC. Highly recommend!
