  This place hasn’t had AC for the last 5 years the workers have a blah attitude as well probably because they’re stuck working in a hot dim location. This place needs an upgrade!

  16 Handles has a good selection of flavours and toppings, but the machines don't appear to be well maintained, as several were out of order. The store wasn't very tidy and the store employee seemed more interested in his phone than his job. The froyo itself was just ok and the flavours tasted watered down.

  Came in on a hot Friday afternoon with my 80-year old Dad and my young daughters. The froyo is average, but they would not help us out with neither an empty cup nor ice for my Dad. On top of that, the loud music was highly offensive for young kids (which the place has 10 or so of).

  Had a great time here with family. Lots of selections with frozen yogurt and toppings but is 87 cents an ounce so it could be expensive if you get a lot. Very delicious overall.
