  I emailed to clear this up, however never got a response. I never went to the doctor or got test done to be 100 percent, however im almost sure i got food poisoning from eating here last around 9pm last Wednesday night. I did not eat anything for hours before or after. Its now Tuesday the next week, Im still dealing nausea, plus iv missed days of work and a half marathon i signed up for which i paid for. I manage a bar which has a kitchen, i get it can be tough to make sure everything is proper refrigerated at regulatory temperatures. I have my suspicion on whether your toppings like brownies, cheesecake bites etc are being stored in a proper cooling system, seeming that the staff looks like they literally couldnt care less being there. Can i ask who is in charge of checking temperatures of topping on an ongoing basis? However like is said, iv had 16 handles a few times and never had issues with these. However this is what i believe to have giving me food poisoning - and looking back i feel stupid to use it. I used the store bought spray can of whipped cream which is out for customers to use next to the toppings, is this just sitting out all day room temperature? Possibly for multiple days not refrigerated? If this is the case that is absolutely disgusting to do that to your customers. Im expecting answers to these questions.

  Am 12 weeks pregnant and was craving frozen yogurt. Ordered for pick up, froyo felt icey and not super fresh or creamy. Toppings were the best part. I think you’re getting what’s advertised - a chain restaurant on the lower end of quality for a frozen yogurt dessert. Don’t expect a boutique high end NYC froyo.

  Okay Fro YO! Perfect snack for a stroll through chelsea! Frozen yogurt is a great dessert substitution instead of heavy ice cream or gelato. Personally I love their mint chocolate chip and peanut butter fro yo with car-rob chips.
