  Love having frozen yogurt but 16 handles is just an average chain compared to others. Today it was the first time going and finding out that there is a limit on how many samples you can try per person which is two fyi. Only was told that after I asked for a sample cup if they had one and wasn’t informed by the only worker there until I was about to grab a cup to fill that there is a limit. They should inform the customer first instead of saying nothing until later and didn’t see any signs indicating that. Also, it was dead empty in there at the time. Well at least she was nice about it I guess and greeted me when I came in. Three stars this time but will give it another try again soon! ☺️🤞 Edit- after looking up if there is actually a limit to how many flavors you can try before committing there isn’t. I now feel like I was looked at by the employee as someone who was just trying to get free samples and leave but that was not at all true. I did leave with purchasing one to take out and mind you I was really the only consumer there. Only one other customer came in very briefly during my visit. I had every intention of getting a cup to purchase the better way of going about it is saying “are you finding everything ok?” Instead of saying (direct quote) “just so you know for next time only two samples per customer.” Sorry going to have to knock down my review to one star after looking up that. Attached is a screenshot of what I found out by looking up if there is an actual limit for 16 handles try samples before committing. If I ever go back I’ll go there with someone and not by myself again lol!😌

  The staff is so so so extremely rude. They told me I couldn’t take a second spoon when I was sharing the froyo with my freind. What kinda rule is that? And even if it policy, it can expresses in a decent manner. I mean, c‘mom man what happened to decent human interaction. Do better seriously!

  Expensive but delicious. 4 vegan options for froyo then lots of toppings to choose from 🥰

  The 5 star review is entirely based on their star employee Domini. Everytime she’s working the store is spotless and well organized - great customer service as well!

  Lazaro is genuinely such a nice staff member, he made my friends and I feel so welcome and he even took a picture of us to put on the wall!! I will definitely be coming back, best frozen yogurt place!!
