  We came in for ice cream at 8:30pm and the staff had already closed off the back (main) seating area and mopping it and it was crowded! The place closes at 11pm.

  I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt like my experience was worth mentioning. It was my first time visiting 16 Handles this Tuesday night, and unfortunately it was a pretty disappointing experience overall. The yogurt itself was delicious and I really enjoyed the flavors and variety of toppings, but the customer service and cleanliness took away from what could have been a great first visit. The employees appeared to be on their phones and at one point one of the employees was sitting down rather than attending to the store or customers. Overall, the staff did not seem very attentive or engaged. The store itself also looked like it needed more attention when it came to cleanliness and general upkeep, which made the environment feel less welcoming.

  Very disappointing experience. I was at 16 Handles with my kids after dinner when an individual who appeared to be homeless walked in, filled a giant cup with self-serve frozen yogurt, and walked out without paying. The employees didn’t say anything or clean the machine afterward. I asked if this happens often and was told “all the time.” I understand not wanting to confront someone, but the lack of any response was pretty shocking. These losses ultimately get passed on to paying customers.
