  Placed an online order 15 minutes before arrival. Got to the drive through, with no customers in line or inside, and waited 10 minutes before I had to say "Hello" multiple times for someone to come on, and it still took another 25 minutes for the food to come out. It was 2 tacos and one soda. Stay away from this location (New Windsor) unless you have an hour to spare to get any type of food. Addionally, this is not a one off...same experience when they first opened, however I gave them the benefit of the doubt at that time. Now there is no excuses.

  Normally I walk in and order to eat in, ive never had an issue doing it that way. Tonight I did the drive thru cuz I was in a rush. Guy tells me what I am ordering is discontinued nationwide, weird since its been a staple of the menu for decades but whatever I change my order. Dunno why, but I felt the urge to look it up, it was not discontinued according to taco bells website. I ask about it, and he changes his story to saying it was recalled nationwide instead (look it up, also not true according to the website) Whatever, grab my bag and head home to eat. Just realized as I sat down that he literally missed 2/3 items I ordered on top of lying to me about what I actually wanted to order. First time I've had a bad experience here but that was wild. Dude with the glasses working drivethru window tonight has gotta get re-trained and have a reality check. Hot damn.
