  I had a terrible experience at the location on 207 near Stewart Airport. I contacted the staff that crater right next to the drive-thru window cause Rim damage do my 2025 VW Jetta I went inside notify the staff took the pictures they texted the manager and gave the manager my contact information. I waited 2 weeks with no response so I went back in gave my information again and still no contact I did not want to do it this way but here is the cause and effect on the damage in my car. I will make sure that everyone knows to steer clear of that location, my wife used to go there often and myself occasionally NEVER AGAIN.

  I had a really frustrating experience at Dunkin’ today, and unfortunately, this isn’t the first time. I placed a simple order—a bagel and a coffee—but the employee taking my order seemed confused and initially charged me the wrong amount. She eventually corrected it and apologized, which I appreciated. However, things went downhill from there. I was told to pull forward and wait for my coffee, as they would bring it out. I waited about five minutes, and no one ever came. I then went inside to ask about my order, and the staff looked completely unaware of what I was talking about. After waiting even longer with no resolution, I got frustrated and left without my coffee. This level of disorganization is unacceptable, especially for such a simple order. It’s disappointing because this location already has a pattern of negative reviews, and it’s clear that improvements still haven’t been made. People rely on places like Dunkin’ to start their day, and experiences like this can set the wrong tone. The New Windsor community deserves better service, better communication, and better accountability. I won’t be returning until something changes.

  The consistency here is up and down, mostly up but I can't stand not getting what you paid for. It's been happening more and more as of lately,,, at over 5 dollars per cup I think we can do better. I come here basically everyday, from now on I will keep leaving reviews good or bad til things get better. Im not one to complain,,, but seriously, gotta do better than this,,, or charge for the cup some smaller if you're going to rip me off ! Make it make sense !
