- MFMike F1 day ago1.0Tried to charge me $16 for a cop a coffee. Then hand me burnt coffee.
- YYYori4 days ago1.0I stopped by and ordered a medium hot chocolate with whipped cream on top and at the bottom. However, they didn't add the whipped cream, and the chocolate tasted terrible, like sink water. It was so unpleasant. I'm very frustrated because all I wanted was a simple hot chocolate, just as I requested. And look at the pictures; the chocolate is not even half of the cup. This is ridiculous! A few weeks ago, I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese, but it arrived burnt. The worst part is I always forget to check my orders until I reach my office. The owner really needs to ensure employees pay better attention to such mistakes.

I just have one question .. as petty as it is… how hard is it to toast a bagel dark……….this actually seems to be an across the board issue for Dunkin but it was ok here before the turnover….you ask for a bagel toasted “dark” and when you get it it’s just barely warm with hardly any cream cheese.. the cream cheese amount is another issue altogether… cmon over 3 dollars for a bagel w/cc and they just put a slick of CC on it….. we can do better here.
