  Ordered food through Uber Eats around 7:40pm for pick up. My husband arrived to the restaurant at around 8:40ish and my order was not ready. It is now 9:20pm, and my order is still not in hand. Unfortunately, being that this is the third time this has happened to me. I felt the need to leave a review because this is absolutely ridiculous especially for a PICK UP order. There was absolutely no communication to the customer informing that they may be running behind or the order would be prepared later than expected, etc. really disappointing

  Met a family member who lives in area and recommended restaurant. We.traveled from Maryland. Well worth the drive! Food was delicious.We had oxtail bao, jerk chicken/ Jerk shrimp/ oxtail ramen, karage - plenty leftovers! And added mention is take out containers were perfect type for leftovers. Will definitely come back

  First of all I am so happy this place is black owned which makes it necessary to support personally! Aside from that the food was amazing. The way the flavors came together in the pineapple jerk ramen made me want to dance. lol There’s a bell at the table which you ring when you are enjoying your meal. We kept ringing! The vegetable dumplings were so good. They were crunchy and tasted fresh, This was my first time here. I live in Brooklyn but whenever I am in New Rochelle, this will be my choice for lunch/dinner. My only complaint would be for the establishment to change all plastic dishes& cutlery to ceramic and stainless steel. They are serving very hot cuisine and placing them in plastic is releasing poison in the food. It is worth the investment!! I will be visiting again! I hope this restaurant stays busy and stays afloat for years to come. :)

  What a let down! After begging my husband to get ramen we sat at a dirty table while we placed our order. Our drinks arrived 20 mins later flat with melted ice. Annoying, but wasn’t going to complain until the rest of the night unfolded. What we thought would be a quick bite to eat turned into an hour of waiting for one bowl of ramen! Not only did it arrive looking like someone else’s leftovers it also tasted like it. Soggy noodles Luke warm barley there broth and a few pieces of chicken with vegetables that were just chopped and thrown in there with no flavor. We also ordered and paid extra for a side that wasn’t even available. The server never told us or cared to check on us once. Just dropped it off and left. We can’t believe we waited all that time to leave our meal sitting there (and we never waste food) we walked out with so much disappointment. Overpriced low quality fast food that is not fast. Will not make this mistake again!

  This was a big let down, we used to love to come here but the quality of the food has gone extremely downhill and the fact that we waited 20 minutes for flat club soda and over a hour for a bowl of Ramen is crazy and it wasn’t even good! Even though we had paid before we got the food we left it and walked out because of the quality. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here, there’s s lot of good places in your New Rochelle this is not it.
