- DDDNSep 25, 20261.0My husband and I went to Roc & Ramen this evening and unfortunately left very disappointed. We waited close to an hour for the food we ordered, only to eventually find out that our order had essentially been disregarded because the item we ordered was no longer available. What made the experience worse was that we were not informed of this until after we had already been waiting for a significant amount of time. When the issue was finally brought to our attention, we were visibly upset. I was simply told to choose another option. There was no real attempt to make the situation right—no offer of compensation, no suggestion of something they could prepare quickly, and no effort to acknowledge that we had already waited nearly an hour because of an issue on the restaurant’s end. Then, when the server came back about two minutes later, I was told I had three minutes to choose something else. After already waiting almost an hour, I found that incredibly frustrating and dismissive. At that point, I requested a refund and decided not to continue with the meal. I won’t be returning or recommending this restaurant.
