- YMYaneris MarmolejosJun 17, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. From the moment I ordered, I felt like I was being treated as a bother rather than a customer. One staff member had a noticeable attitude while preparing my food, and then slammed my child’s plate down in a way that felt disrespectful and unprofessional. Unfortunately, the experience continued at checkout. When I changed my mind about purchasing an additional drink, the cashier also responded with an attitude, which made an already uncomfortable situation even worse. No customer should be treated this way when simply trying to purchase a meal for themselves and their family. Customer service, respect, and professionalism should be expected regardless of how busy a restaurant may be. This was a very distasteful experience, and I hope management addresses these issues so other families do not have to go through the same thing.
