  Hello, I would like to start by saying I love froyo. This is in one of my favorites that is no longer the case recently I went to this location and as I was eating my FroYo, I found a dark brown hair. I have light blonde hair. This caught me extremely off guard. I was disgusted. I cannot believe that this happened. This is no longer my favorite chain, I will not be going back. (Photo for evidence)

  This location is no longer one of my favorites. The store was messy during my visit, and several customers were commenting that it needed to be cleaned. The customer service was disappointing. When I went to pay my $52 total with a $100 bill, the cashier simply said, “No $100” without any courtesy or explanation. One of the employees, a heavy-set young woman who appeared to be around 17–20 years old, was especially rude and lacked basic customer service skills. If the store does not accept $100 bills, the sign should be much larger and easier to see before customers reach the register. The White Plains location is always clean and welcoming, so the difference is very noticeable. I hope this location improves its cleanliness and customer service.
