  I’ve been to this chipotle 5 times in the last three months. Each time i came in around 9:45-10:15 and had awful experiences. Today was the worst. I walked in at 9:56pm. They had no more steak and said they were not making anymore for this day even though they close at 11. There was rap music blasting and you could barely hear. They started the clean up process before I even walked in and told two men sitting eating that they had to wrap it up. An hour before they’re supposed to close. The staff was beyond unhelpful and the work station was an absolute mess. No more napkins in the holders and they would not let you sit. This has been very similar to each experience I’ve had here. They either need to fire the entire staff or shut down this location. Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. If nothing changes I’m gonna start standing outside at 9pm and tell people they shouldn’t go here anymore. They must be hiring the same people that work at hand rolled bagels.

  Chipotle always on point, but this one is a lighter on the serving portions than the others. Not my go to Chipotle.

  The manager and servers at this Chipotle suck. They act like the food portions come directly from their personal paychecks. Every scoop feels like a hostage negotiation. They skimp on the rice, protein, sides … everything. Meanwhile the prices for bowls keep increasing while the portion sizes keep decreasing. And the funniest part? The CEO is literally out here telling customers to “just ask for a little more,” but the second you do, the staff looks at you like you requested a side of gold bars with your rice.

  Really..Is this a Chipotle?? At 6:15 pm, no brown rice, no black beans, no guacamole, seriously NO GUACAMOLE at a mexican place, no green chutney. Come on guys you have only 10-12 ingredients in total and you are out 4 of them at 6:15 pm. And guess what charging full price.. I am not a review writer but this has happened more than twice. Cant see chipotle going down like this.

  I came here at 9 Pm they told me they had no food when they close at 11. My child and I were very hungry and just wanted chipotle for a friday night dinner. I’m assuming they could’ve made more food since the mexican guy with the collared shirt is just on his phone and talking for the past 30 minutes; If management is reading this check the camera from 9 through 9:40 and watch your shift supervisor. I saw multiple people leave because they were not being served, two men came in for their pick up orders and it wasn’t even ready yet. TERRIBLE SERVICE TERRIBLE DO NOT COME TO THIS CHIPOTLE AND WASTW YOUR TIME. Oh and by the way the tables here and disgusting.
