  If I could give zero stars, I would. We ordered over $40 worth of food and one of the entrees tasted terrible. We took one bite and immediately went back to the counter to politely ask if a refund or anything could be done, and we were flat out told NO. Also, look at my husband’s cheese on his “CHEESEburger” and on his cheese fries… come on. The food quality was honestly embarrassing. What made the experience even worse was the female manager refusing to come speak to me directly. She only communicated through employees and would not come address the situation herself whatsoever, which is extremely unprofessional as a MANAGER. Terrible customer service and a complete waste of money.

  Now this location…this is pure efficiency. If you haven't seen my review on the 179-19 Hillside location. Let me make it clear…This is not the big sports bar you sit in for hours. This is the GO format—which means: Faster. Smaller. Built for movement. Primarily takeout + delivery focused. Designed for quick turnaround. You’re here for one thing…Consistency. Classic Buffalo Wild Wings menu. Whole lot of sauces & dry rubs to choose from bone-in wings, boneless, tenders, fries, wraps. Not experimental food…This is you know exactly what you’re getting food. Service is quite on time. Fast and straightforward when they estimate. Expected cause it built more for grab-and-go than dining in. You don’t come here for ambiance. You come here because you want: Fast. Predictable. Flavor that hits every time. Because sometimes… You’re not chasing an experience— You’re just answering a craving.

  Julio at the New Hyde Park location, was so nice and professional. He took my order and was also the person preparing the food.
