- JGJay Garcia4 days ago1.0We placed an online order and waited 10 minutes, we gave them a extra 5 mins while waiting in the parking lot and no one was ordering at the store, so we went to the window because they were taking a long time when there was no other people, the lady was extremely rude but we waited another 10 mins then finally got the food. I went to eat and come to find out they completely messed up my order after waiting all that time. They gave me sour cream in a burrito that doesn’t even include it. I almost vomited because I hate sour cream. In addition, they gave me tomatoes when I specifically said no to it. Terrible experience wouldn’t recommend.

One occasion the staffer told us to pull around and we were checked in but we really were not and they made us wait in line AGAIN! Yorkville location is smaller and doing this business so much better than this location!
