Terrible service. Nobody answered in the drive through for 15 mins + employees are just ignoring customers. They need better customer service

Waited 30+ minutes in the drive thru to get cold food and incorrect items. You had at least 30 minutes!! They were blasting explicit music so my kids can hear 25 f-bombs dropped every 2 minutes. The drive thru counter employee is the worst. She's wiping her nose on her bare arm, eating at the counter, talking on face time and putting lids on cups without gloves. Where is the management for this place?!? Fire them all including management and turn this place into a parking lot because food should not be served or managed by people who have zero care for quality control

We placed an online order and waited 10 minutes, we gave them a extra 5 mins while waiting in the parking lot and no one was ordering at the store, so we went to the window because they were taking a long time when there was no other people, the lady was extremely rude but we waited another 10 mins then finally got the food. I went to eat and come to find out they completely messed up my order after waiting all that time. They gave me sour cream in a burrito that doesn’t even include it. I almost vomited because I hate sour cream. In addition, they gave me tomatoes when I specifically said no to it. Terrible experience wouldn’t recommend.
