If your overcharged for the $9.99 sandwiches the blue shirt employees will tell you it's your fault for not saying mix an match. When ordering mix an match an you find a random chunk of bread in your bag other than your bag of chips and return back to the store. The blue shirt employees will tell you that it's your fault for ordering it this way. It's never there fault for the order. The free treat is never giving to you when your order is not correct.
