- TNTACS NYMay 11, 20262.0Pulled up to drive thru, and since no one responded, I assumed they were closed and drove around to leave. As I neared window I saw lights on, but no one at/or near window. I stopped at window and a young woman finally came to window. Told her I couldn’t tell if they were open. She said she couldn’t take an order at window. She was laughing as I drove away. Drove to drive thru service and placed order of a bagel and coffee. Bagel was rock hard. Couldn’t safely cut it when I got home. Visited at 7:20 pm, when it’s slow and quiet. Poor decision by young woman to sell rock hard bagel.

I’ve been ordering lattes with light ice for more than 10 years and at that location. He refused to make it with less ice. They just lost a customer👎🏽
