Yes, the food is good, workers are usually attentive to customers, and the place is always busy, making the space much too small for the amount of people in it. However, it is anything but clean. Take-out is a better option. To me, it has always given the appearance of being under construction. Garbage is often full, and if you want to sit, you will need to clean off your own table and chairs. If you want anything but soda to drink, the special fountain drinks (different types of lemonade) are often nearly or completely empty. This is a Board of Health nightmare.
I was just at this chipotle for the first time and I have to say they are not doing things in a way that is good for business. I waited for thirty minutes in a line that was standing still. They told us they were very behind and catching up on mobile orders. They cooked three batches of chicken in front of this line of people and immediately put it all towards the mobile orders knowing how long we had been waiting. They ended up closing the restaurant (which I doubt they had permission to do) and putting chairs in front of the door. I eventually left after not one person had been taken care of in 30 mins. This was right after one of the other customers finally lost his patience and told them how ridiculous this all was. I ran into this man at Moe’s afterwards, guess we both had the same plan to eat there instead. They were busy but took us with no issue. Do better and be more considerate of peoples time.

I have basically never been in this chipotle and gotten my food in any timely manner. The online ordering can take upwards of 45 minutes AFTER your food was supposed to be ready. And the line for ordering in person is equally atrocious.
The food itself is good and the staff are nice but clearly the management is poor at staffing or something because it is one of the worst food experiences I have ever been unlucky enough to be a part of.
Came to visit Chipotle for the first and after waiting 20 minutes in line, they told me there is not enough food for the rest of the people waiting and had to leave that day. The 2nd time I came, it was late at night and a long line as usual, the workers told me that we have to wait to get a chicken bowl. I left as they should be aware of the demand and popularity of their fast food place. It seems like they are always under prepared and lazy. They keep running out of ingredients and the place is a filthy mess. From what I have seen, it is only one worker making the food at a snails pace and the other workers are either chatting with each other or taking a long time cooking or grilling the meats and veggies. Extremely disappointing experience and never visiting this location again. 2/3 times I have visited, they could not service me or provide a good experience. They failed to satisfy my needs and wants as all I wanted was a chicken bowl. The 3rd visit was still a long time to receive my food but they skimp on the portions as the fajita veggies were about to finish, they are adding one very small portion of it and I am sure they do this often to others.

Worst I’ve ever been treated by a staff at any location. The place is well and truly ratchet. I sympathize with the universal workers affinity to not want to be at work, but they all treated me as if I personally wronged them. I politely reminded the girl making my bowl that I asked for beans after she’d forgotten them—only for her to roll her eyes at me, turn to the girl behind her, and start laughing and talking about me. Right in my face. That type of behavior is unacceptable considering the fact that everybody involved were grown adults and presumably had left middle school behind many years ago. They also burned my kids quesadilla after the second girl, in her own words, “forgot about it”—only for a third girl to emerge from nowhere and tell me “we’re giving it to you anyway” before I even had a chance to open my mouth. I just took my stuff and left, because I wasn’t even going to waste my time complaining to these employees who were clearly ready to gang up on me. I hate even having to write this review, because as I said, I sympathize with workers. You don’t want to be there. I get it. But that is not my fault. I definitely will never be back to this chipotle.
