  Placed 2 separate orders on the app. Got the pick up times. Waited until 10 minutes after the second pick up time before I went there. When I got there, neither order had been processed, and at that time it had already been more than a half an hour since the first Order was supposed to be ready. Long story short I waited a combined total of 40 minutes for four items. I wasn’t the only one. The pick up line was just as packed as the line for people ordering their food on site. Complete chaos. No ice in the machine Beverage is running low. And the entire restaurant from the front door to as far back as I could see in the kitchen was absolutely disgusting. This will be my last visit to chipotle in New Hartford and most likely anywhere else. I love the food, but I simply cannot justify paying for Complete disorganization, filth, And not maintaining or keeping enough food in stock. This is also not the first time this has happened, but I assure you, it will be the last. I will say that the staff was working very hard and trying their best to accommodate in these terrible circumstances. To top it all off when I got home, the order was wrong. Zero stars on efficiency, Cleanliness, organization, Need to go on? Do better, Chipotle!

  Food is pretty good, but every time I come here, I end up waiting 40 minutes just to be able to get food. They are always out of proteins, take forever to restock it, and don't communicate with the giant crowd of customers waiting. This results in multiple customers standing around angrily and loudly commenting on the service. I want to come here more often, it's just very hard to when every time we come, it is a mess.

  I have been waiting in the line for 45 minutes and no chicken or steak was available. Every time I asked how long they did not answer my question. I understand it being busy, what I don’t understand is being unprepared for the dinner rush. It is ridiculous how long I waited.

  3rd time in a month I’ve came in here after a 12 hour work day to get some food for the family. When I tell them I have a bit of a big order I get the look of frustration and anger because im not getting one kids sized quesadilla. Always out of their proteins and expect me to wait 20 minutes to have more cooked. When I was told there was no steak. I was repeatedly offered a meat I had no interest in. Staff is always rude and all appear to hate their job. The dining room is always the most disgusting place in the city. As a former manager in the food industry , this place is absolutely not up to standards all around. Staff complains about working and being busy. They are all allergic to keeping the store clean. It’s a shame because my family loves the flavor of the proteins here but we are better off going down the street to Moe’s. Do better chipotle.
