  I have been waiting in the line for 45 minutes and no chicken or steak was available. Every time I asked how long they did not answer my question. I understand it being busy, what I don’t understand is being unprepared for the dinner rush. It is ridiculous how long I waited.

  3rd time in a month I’ve came in here after a 12 hour work day to get some food for the family. When I tell them I have a bit of a big order I get the look of frustration and anger because im not getting one kids sized quesadilla. Always out of their proteins and expect me to wait 20 minutes to have more cooked. When I was told there was no steak. I was repeatedly offered a meat I had no interest in. Staff is always rude and all appear to hate their job. The dining room is always the most disgusting place in the city. As a former manager in the food industry , this place is absolutely not up to standards all around. Staff complains about working and being busy. They are all allergic to keeping the store clean. It’s a shame because my family loves the flavor of the proteins here but we are better off going down the street to Moe’s. Do better chipotle.

  I would usually rate higher but I'm sick of every time going in they prioritize online orders over the people in line. I was in line for over AN HOUR and when they ran out of chicken they put more on and told everyone it would be an extra hour wait because its for online orders. A genuine waste of time and sick of the online order line going faster than the people actually standing there waiting.

  Placed a to go order online Friday for pick up at 7:10 pm. It was not done until 7:45 pm. That's not the biggest issue. The place was filthy there was food everywhere. I watched them building to go orders. The station had food from all the different bins spilled all over, dripping different ingredients into different containers. I watch an employee that was making food remove his cellphone from his pocket with his gloves still on, text on his phone put it back in his pocket then make food for people multiple times without changing his gloves. That is disgusting.

  It's astonishing how legitimately every single time we order pick up, the order is wrong. I'm truly not exaggerating. We finally got to the point of reaching out to corporate to respectfully discuss this and we received a free entree. Just picked up the free entree... guess what?! WRONG. We usually are able to check the missing items (chips) before we leave and catch those, but a burrito and burrito bowl are impossible to check until you get home and rip them apart. So unfortunate there isn't another location in the area to order from instead. The dinner conversation revolved around swearing off this Chipotle location moving forward. Just such a pain, always.
