  Nothing in the order was correct. The pita was mixed up and made as a greens bowl. The grain bowl was made into a pita. The drink was not the correct flavor. The other greens bowl was to be half beef, half lamb, and was made with only beef. The meat was all over-seasoned. All dressings were wrong. Not even considering ordering from here again.

  "We had an incredible dining experience here! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Our server was attentive, friendly, and gave great menu recommendations. We ordered the house specialties, and every single dish was fresh, packed with flavor, and cooked to perfection. The portions were generous, and the pricing was very reasonable for the quality. We will definitely be back and are already recommending this spot to friends and family!"

  I went to deliver some flowers to Cava, and I was introduced to their food. This atmosphere is absolutely fantastic and every member of the staff that I encountered treated me better than I could have imagined. The owner was on site and he is doing an absolutely perfect job with this place. I got some chicken and rice I'm not sure the exact names of what I got but the dish was out of this world. Great job and I will definitely come back, and thank you to Cava and all the staff. -Matt (Chester's flower shop)

  I came here yesterday for the first time to finally try this place. I was BLOWN AWAY by how amazing this food was. The staff were incredibly kind and courteous and were able to show me where to get my drink. I had a custom bowl that tasted SO GOOD I IMMEDIATELY wanted more. From the first bite, I was amazed by how fresh and well-prepared it was. The interior (which formerly housed a Blaze Pizza) was very upscale and bougie and had accents and was clean and well-maintained. I was in and out- the service was fast. The experience was well worth the hype. I just came back today to get my same order.

  Huge congratulations to the entire team at CAVA New Hartford! The staff does an amazing job creating a welcoming environment while providing great service and consistently fresh, delicious food. You can really see the teamwork, hard work, and positive energy throughout the restaurant. A special thank you to OG, who was on his break out on the patio and still took the time to come over and ask how our food was and make sure we were enjoying everything. That small gesture says a lot about how much he genuinely cares about the guests and their experience. Keep up the amazing work, CAVA New Hartford! The dedication and hospitality definitely do not go unnoticed. 👏🔥
