    It has been years since I shopped at Stop & Shop. Veronica at customer service was absolutely delightful while she checked to see if my courtesy card was still active. Her upbeat personality and lovely demeanor were greatly appreciated. The young gentlemen who rang my items and bagged were very polite as well. A pleasant experience.

    This is why I gave it 1 star: The bakery products are great, but the customer service experience needs improvement. I waited about 15 minutes for assistance while other employees repeatedly called for someone from the bakery, but no one came. It seems the bakery could benefit from having more staff available to help customers, especially during busy times. Better staffing would make the experience much more efficient
