Used to be good but since they changed some recently, staff is nasty, they actually withheld food today, as my child was crying in hunger, although I paid. I paid for the food, but they did not honor my order because it was ordered form an old platform. They demanded cash from a kid then credit card info, all the while the little kid is crying for food after an hour and a half of ordering food, they came and still would not give the food until payment is confirmed. I have the receipt and now I will have to report this to Consumer affairs, for suffering that has caused due to their faulty app and system. Just read recent reviews with food contamination and illegal business tactics at yelp.com, I will have to bring on the state inspection and the Federal trade commission. "The quality of the food is declining. We've had hair in our pizza twice and the latest pie smells strange. Turns out that the wax paper they put in the pizza box smells like mildew, which transferred to the pizza. Feeling jipped. I ordered 4 pepperoni slices and was charge 18.50 when a large 8 slice pepperoni pie is 19.50. The math is off. I paid with no complaint because I will never return again. The end.' "
