Every single time we go here the order is wrong, something missing, items not done correctly or they don’t know what they have. Every. single. time. We stopped going for a while. Today I decided to try and get an iced coffee with cold foam. they had no idea what cold foam was. After the employee asked his coworkers many times, they still made it without. The foam is extra money. After I paid, they said where was no more cold foam. Why didn’t they just let me know when I was ordering. Very disappointed with this location. Always a problem, staff always rude.
