I ordered probably the most common thing on the menu (Starwberry dragonfruit refresher) and 2 mornings in a row I had to ask them to remake it because it was basically green tea, the first day I asked them to remake it the girl didn’t say anything and remade it, the second day however I went in to ask them to remake it the 2 girls behind the counter were extremely rude, talking back and forth in spanish, pretty much interrogated me about if the name on the order was mine, (the drink was in her hand and the sticker was away from me) they asked what I had ordered as if I was lying, my aunt had to go back in later that day because her tea bag exploded in her drink and they gave her an immense amount of attitude, this was absolutely absurd. The girls are very rude when you ask them to remake a drink and they do more talking and joking than making drinks. The manager however is very nice and was apologetic.

The workers there messed up an extremely simple order and when I nicely asked her to put some swirls in the drink (not even remake it, just add pumps to it which would’ve taken 2 seconds) because they were not busy at all with only one other customer in there, she legitimately raised her voice saying “I DID PUT SWIRLS IN THERE!” and refused, like why do you even work here. I left paying for an undrinkable coffee. So yeah awful energy in that place for sure and I’ll be hitting up Nyack from now on as this wasn’t the first time the workers in there have been rude in general for no reason. Another time I kindly asked for sugar packets (they don’t have them sitting out) and the lady (different one) rolled her eyes…like what’s your problem 😂 Not sure if management is aware how their staff treats customers or they simply don’t care but I know this isn’t the first time they’ve drown people away
