  Called on multiple occasions to make sure they have strawberries. Every time I get there they ran out. Disappointed with consistency of fresh fruit

  Disgusting place and the owner is disgusting calling the cops on a mom and daughter. I found mice droppings all over the floor as well. called DOH to do a inspection.

  Absolutely horrendous customer service. The staff seemed overwhelmed, communication was poor, and the manager showed zero interest in customer satisfaction. There are plenty of places to get ice cream that actually value their customers

  Horrible owner. He called the cops on a customer because he refused to accept a valid coupon that was specific to his location. Many parents of teens that worked there said that he broke several child labor laws, and there's a history of multiple health violations from the Dept of Health. Don't waste your money here. Go to a business that has more ethical practices.

  Who calls the cops on a customer over a coupon dispute? There’s people getting killed out there and you’re calling the cops over a few dollars? Aren’t you embarrassed?
