"Every single time I have visited this Dunkin' location, they have failed to provide proper service. They take an excessive amount of time and frequently mess up orders. On one occasion, I ordered a caramel latte to go while heading to Manhattan, only to discover along the way that the milk had curdled. Last week, I placed an order while on my way to work. Two female employees were just standing around looking at their phones, leaving the single person who took my order to prepare everything alone. At that time, I explicitly told them that this was the worst Dunkin' location in the world.
Following that incident, today on my way into the city, I placed an order through the drive-thru. I had to repeat myself multiple times. The receipt itself proves they took the order correctly. Later, feeling hungry, I pulled over to the side of the road to eat my egg, cheese, and croissant. As soon as I took a bite, the taste felt completely off. Upon inspection, I discovered they had put pork in it—which is strictly forbidden (Haram) in my religion.
I immediately threw the food away, rinsed my mouth, and began vomiting severely. Seeing me vomit, a passing pedestrian stopped to ask if I was okay.
I work for the USPS, as a realtor, and I also drive for Uber. I had to sit in my car all day with the taste and smell of pork lingering in my mouth, constantly feeling nauseous. Shortly after, I also developed an upset stomach and diarrhea.
This was done intentionally because I had criticized their service the other day. My order never requested bacon, and it is not listed on the receipt. Therefore, the inclusion of bacon (pork) cannot be an accident; it was deliberate. This is a clear hate crime. They have maliciously violated my religious beliefs and caused me severe emotional and physical distress."
